If you have forgotten your password, you can reset a new password, please click the Forgot your password link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please contact us if you continue to experience problems.
Yes you can very easily change your email address, please log into your account using your current email address, and click on Edit Email Address/Password under Account Details. Once you've made your changes, please continue and your email address changes will be saved.

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
  • If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue and of any error messages you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
If you no longer wish to subscribe to Miss Awesome.Com newsletters, Email promotions, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our newsletters. Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect. If you change your mind later and want to subscribe to our newsletters again, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here.
If your payment has been declined/not accepted, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
  • Check the card details make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
  • If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

Returns

If you are a customer in the UK, EU or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online www.MissAwesome.Com. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than within 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us. For purchases from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 21 days of the date you receive the parcel. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging and tags still attached to the item/s. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear even if the hygiene seal is in place, we do not regrettably offer refunds on swimwear at all for hygiene purposes.

  3. Send off your Return Parcel and take to any one Royal Mail Post Offices, take to the counter and please make sure to obtain a proof of returns receipt.

Your original delivery charge 100% will be refunded, returns at your own cost for purchases outside of the UK.
  1. Please package the item/s in its original packaging that they were delivered in, if this is not available please package the item/s in a secure, ideally waterproof packaging with labels and tags still attached to the item/s. Add your order number to the returns package.
  2. Cover or remove your address label and replace with the Miss Awesome.Com returns label, this is on your delivery note, or use the returns address below.
  3. Return the package to Miss Awesome.Com by using your local Postal Office and obtain proof of postage from the Postal Office. Please do not post the package without obtaining a proof of posting document.
  4. Keep your proof of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

We aim to process your return within 1 day of receiving it, it can take 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. Once we have received your return our highly trained staff will ensure all necessary steps are taken to ensure the returns are handled as smoothly as possible, we will check the item/s once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. If you or someone is at home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.

Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order.
