For purchases from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.   • 2. Prepare your parcel, using the original Miss Awesome.Com packaging that your purchased item/s were delivered in, fix your returns label securely onto the outside of your parcel.

  • 3. Send off your Return Parcel and take to any one Royal Mail Post Offices, take to the counter and please make sure to obtain a proof of returns receipt.

Important Returns information - Please note: Free returns are only available through our approved returns partner Royal Mail sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.

  • 3.Return the package to Miss Awesome.Com by using your local Postal Office and obtain proof of postage from the Postal Office. Please do not post the package without obtaining a proof of posting document.

  • 4.Keep your proof of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

We aim to process your return within 1 day of receiving it, it can take 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

Once we have received your return our highly trained staff will ensure all necessary steps are taken to ensure the returns are handled as smoothly as possible, we will check the item/s once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card.
